Salary: c. £30,000 + benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Account Manager to join our client services team. This role is responsible for delivering print and mailing projects from brief through to completion, ensuring all work is completed to specification, on time, and in line with agreed service levels.
You'll act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and suppliers- ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding service at every stage.
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Take detailed briefs from clients and internal sales teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood
Produce accurate job instructions for production teams
Liaise with internal departments to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively
Ensure all invoicing processes are followed correctly
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Proactively resolve issues and identify solutions
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand services
Work in line with internal processes, compliance standards, and best practicesWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in a client services or account management role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
