Interim People Advisor | Kent | £32,700 + Quarterly Bonus (£150) | 12 month FTC

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, people-focused organisation supporting a diverse workforce across care and support services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations experience, who enjoys a hands-on, field-based role and working closely with operational teams.

About the Role
You will join a collaborative local HR team supporting a workforce of approximately c800 staff. Working closely with managers across services, you will provide expert HR advice and manage a varied ER caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a busy ER caseload of approximately 15-20 cases at any one time (including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and whistleblowing cases)
Providing practical, commercial HR advice to managers across multiple sites
Supporting managers with absence management, performance concerns, and investigations
Advising on best practice and ensuring consistency in applying policies and procedures
Building strong working relationships across the business
Contributing to continuous improvement within the HR function and wider organisation
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
Strong ER experience with confidence managing complex cases
A proactive and personable approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems and processesAbout Us
