A leading UK infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Senior ECC Project Manager to join their team in Peterborough/Norwich and play a key role in delivering a major capital investment programme.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll oversee multiple projects, leading the management of NEC3/NEC4 ECC & PSC contracts across strategic delivery partners. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of contract performance, commercial outcomes, and governance across a significant portfolio.

Responsibilities of Senior ECC Project Manager:

* Lead administration and performance of NEC contracts across Tier 1 partners

* Manage a large project portfolio, ensuring compliance, risk control, and issue resolution

* Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, including escalation support

* Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across programmes

* Champion collaborative working and commercial best practice

* Contribute to strategic planning and contract/commercial frameworks

Experience Required for Senior ECC Project Manager:

* Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or similar

* NEC Project Manager accreditation (NEC3 or NEC4)

* Strong experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure contracts

* Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability

* Commercially astute with a strategic mindset

* Confident managing risk, governance, and complex project environments
