We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, NSI Gold Approved Fire & Security company with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across commercial environments throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to support their expanding customer base across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers, provides ongoing training and development, and offers clear opportunities for long-term career progression.
Location & Coverage
This role will predominantly cover Surrey and the surrounding areas, attending a variety of commercial client sites for planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and reactive repairs across Fire & Security systems.
Typical coverage may include:
Guildford
Woking
Farnham
Epsom
Reigate
Redhill
Leatherhead
Camberley
Dorking
Weybridge
Salary & Benefits
Financial Package
Basic salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Overtime available after 40 hours:
1.5x rate Monday–Saturday
2x rate Sundays & Bank Holidays
Paid travel time (excluding the first and last 30 minutes of each day)
£180 standby allowance per week on call
Call-outs paid at overtime rates with door-to-door travel
Rest time provided for overnight call-outs
Up to £2,000 annual bonus, paid quarterly based on individual KPI performance
Company Vehicle & Equipment
EV company van with personal use permitted
Specialist plant and testing equipment provided
Hand tools excluded
