We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmers to optimise CNC machining programs for complex precision components.
Working within aerospace, automotive, motorsport and medical industries.
The role will be responsible for:
* Develop, prove out, and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning centres (3/4/5-axis).
* Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to create accurate machining processes.
* Select appropriate tooling, work-holding, and cutting strategies to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
* Conduct program simulations and first-off inspections to verify compliance with aerospace quality standards.
* Provide technical support to machine operators during setup and production runs.
* Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times, increase tool life, and enhance overall efficiency.
* Maintain accurate documentation including setup sheets, tool lists, and program archives.
* Ensure all activities meet AS9100 and customer-specific aerospace requirements.
* Collaborate with design engineers to provide manufacturability feedback.
* Dayshift hours - Monday to Friday
