Essential:

• Strong experience as a Technical Architect in large-scale digital environments
• Experience with AWS
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of government standards, security requirements, and best practice
• Hands-on engineering background (ideal but not essential)
