Lead SCADA & OT Cyber Security Engineer

Lorien is looking for a Lead SCADA & OT Cyber Security Engineer to secure and enhance the resilience of our client's offshore windfarm systems. You'll lead cyber security strategy across multiple sites, protecting critical OT and SCADA environments while driving continuous improvement and compliance.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Develop and implement OT cyber security strategies
• Lead incident response, risk assessments, and vulnerability management
• Ensure compliance with regulations (eg NIS, IEC 62443)
• Support secure network design (segmentation, Firewalls, IDS)
• Collaborate across SCADA, IT, and OT teams
• Deliver reporting, improvement plans, and stakeholder updates

The skills we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Strong experience in SCADA, ICS, and OT security
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850)
• Expertise in risk assessment, SIEM, and cyber incident response
• Understanding of NIS regulations and OT security standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
