We are currently supporting a major global SAP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting) Consultant to join a specialist finance workstream.

This role will play a key part in the delivery of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation, supporting the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Production & Revenue Accounting processes within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP development teams, and programme leadership to ensure high-quality solution delivery across multiple programme increments.

• Execute User Stories and associated pre-work across planned Programme Increments (PI)
• Produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration rationale, and supporting solution documentation
• Work closely with SAP development teams to refine and clarify functional requirements
• Configure both standard SAP functionality and approved extensions within the SAP landscape
• Create and manage test data to support functional unit testing activities
• Execute functional testing of SAP configuration and custom developments
• Document and communicate test results to programme stakeholders
• Support integration testing and user acceptance testing activities
• Coordinate with business and data teams to ensure required PRA and GPA data is available for testing cycles
• Transfer knowledge and provide guidance to internal SAP functional teams
• Support programme delivery throughout the build and realisation phases
• Leverage AI-enabled delivery tools and accelerators where appropriate

• Strong SAP PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting) experience
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of upstream accounting and hydrocarbon revenue processes
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience
• Experience producing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution documentation
• Strong testing experience including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing support
• Experience working closely with SAP development teams and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Oil & Gas, Energy, or Natural Resources industry experience
• Experience working within large-scale global programmes
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery tools and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of related finance and upstream accounting processes

The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP PRA expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate effectively within a complex global programme environment. You should be comfortable working across solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities while collaborating with both technical and business teams.
