BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER

Summer-Browning Associates is supporting our client in the Central Government who is seeking a Technology Business Change Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Milton Keynes | London | Hybrid

The ideal candidate will hold an active SC clearance and have a solid background in Business Change Management working within a high-threat government environment, with the following skills and experience:

• Experience managing technical business change projects and programs.
• A solid understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in creating Business Change documentation, including policies, standards, processes, procedures, and patterns.
• Experience managing business change projects and programs in secure environments.
• Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) planning, capability development, and organisational readiness assessments.
• Demonstrable experience in risk management and benefits realisation.
• Essential qualifications include: APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
