The Opportunity
We are supporting a Central Government client in the search for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme. This role is focused on business change and adoption rather than technical change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business change activities across complex projects and programmes.
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions that support successful adoption.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify impacts, influence, and engagement requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and programme teams.
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness activities.
Assess organisational impacts and support the transition to new ways of working.
Identify, manage, track, and realise business benefits arising from people, process, and technology change.
Monitor adoption and change effectiveness, recommending and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate closely with project and programme teams to ensure change activities are aligned with delivery objectives.
You are an experienced Business Change Manager who understands that successful transformation is driven by people. You are highly engaging, commercially aware, and skilled at building credibility with stakeholders at all levels. You can confidently navigate complex environments, manage competing priorities, and ensure that change delivers lasting value to the organisation.
Additional Information
Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Hybrid working model with 3 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes.
Candidates must hold active SC Clearance and immediate availability or short notice periods preferred.
