Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead
*Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead - 3 months Rolling Contract - France.*
RED now has a new contract opportunity for an Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead to join one of our key partners for a PIM run & decommissioning project.
The initial contract will be for 3 months with scope for extension.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.
*Candidate must be based in France*
Specific skills/experience required:
- Strong experience with Informatica PIM in a support/BAU environment
- Proven experience in application support and run operations
- Combination of technical and functional expertise (configuration, troubleshooting, and user support)
- Experience managing incidents, defects, and service requests
- Strong knowledge of data structures, workflows, and product data management
- Experience with data validation and data quality management
- Familiarity with ITIL/incident management processes
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes/workarounds
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience in Retail
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Able to join ASAP (within 2-4 weeks of offer)
