Overview

We’re working with a leading building services provider to recruit a Senior Contract contracts manager from a commercial gas bias. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning business, pricing maintenance contracts, and driving technical excellence across commercial HVAC and M&E services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Technical Support team
Carry out site surveys, pricing, and securing maintenance contracts
Act as the technical authority across HVAC, plant rooms, and energy centres
Deliver contract compliance, profitability, and service quality
Manage contract reviews, renewals, and client relationships
Support small works design, specifications, and technical delivery
Conduct audits, fault-finding, and performance optimisation
Ensure compliance with H&S, SFG20, and industry regulations
Clear progression to Head of Technical Support
Strategic, leadership-level position with client exposure
What We’re Looking For

Strong technical background in commercial M&E / HVAC
Experience managing maintenance contracts and engineering teams
Proven ability in quotations, surveys, and business development
Knowledge of SFG20, compliance, and contract delivery
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
HNC/HND or Level 3 trade qualification (or similar)
