Personnel Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Business Partner to join our client in Huthwaite. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the quality standards across the organisation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives, support quality assurance processes, and uphold the organisation’s reputation for excellence.
Hours -
Monday to Friday
8.15m - 4.45pm
up tp £60k
Responsibilities
* Partner with operational and management teams to drive quality performance.
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
* Investigate quality concerns, non-conformances, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Monitor and report on quality KPIs and trends.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, procedures, and regulations.
* Support the development and maintenance of quality management systems.
* Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across workshop and service operations.
* Deliver quality-related training and guidance to employees.
* Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Experience
* Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement role.
* Strong understanding of quality management principles and auditing processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.
