Salary: £14.00 p/h
We are recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator / FLT Driver to join our team. This is a varied role combining 50% administrative duties and 50% forklift truck operation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both office-based and production-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties (50%)
Processing orders, delivery notes, and shipping documentation.
Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
Updating internal systems and databases.
Handling emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration.
Preparing reports and supporting the operations team with administrative tasks.
Filing and maintaining records in line with company procedures.
FLT Duties (50%)
Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
Supporting Production operations as required.
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
Previous experience in both administration and warehouse environments.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
