This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can guide clients from initial consultation through to completion, delivering clear, compliant advice and ensuring excellent customer outcomes. You’ll assess affordability, recommend tailored mortgage solutions, and identify protection needs to safeguard clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert, personalised mortgage and protection advice
Conduct affordability assessments in line with FCA requirements
Manage applications and liaise with lenders and solicitors
Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
Build strong, long-term client relationshipsRequirements

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
Strong communication and client-focused approach
Good knowledge of mortgage products and FCA regulations
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What the role offers
