About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist (UK & Ireland) to join their team environment. Taking ownership of payroll operations, system maintenance, reporting, and compliance activities across the business.
This position plays a key role in overseeing payroll for both the UK and Ireland, supporting two payroll administrators, and working closely with the wider Compensation & Benefits team. This role is ideal for a proactive payroll professional who enjoys process improvement, systems
development, accurate data management, and operating within a dynamic environment.

A detail‑oriented and highly organised individual
Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and service quality
A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and system optimisation
Key Responsibilities
Support Payroll Administration on day‑to‑day activities
Oversee monthly payroll processing for the UK & Ireland
Ensure all payroll activities meet Revenue and statutory requirements
Support year‑end processes including P11D, PAYE Settlement, and statutory submissions
Assist with payroll‑related projects, upgrades, testing, and implementations
Maintain and develop interfaces between HR & Payroll systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
