We are recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a specialist aerospace maintenance and overhaul environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying protective coatings to aircraft components while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mask, and spray components in line with technical specifications.
Mix paints, primers, and sealants accurately.
Operate and maintain spray equipment, booths, and curing ovens.
Complete required documentation and quality records.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work to production schedules and support team objectives.Requirements
Previous paint spraying experience within aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating processes.
Ability to read technical instructions and drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.Working Hours
37.5 hours per week.
Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:55 - 21:55
Overtime and weekend work may be required.Additional Information
Engineering apprenticeship desirable.
