Arboricultural Consultant - Bristol
Are you an ambitious Arboricultural Consultant looking to advance your career with a leading environmental consultancy?
Our client, a highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a motivated Arboricultural Consultant to join their growing Bristol-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the UK, including major infrastructure schemes, renewable energy developments, residential projects, and commercial developments. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced arboricultural, ecological, and environmental professionals, delivering expert advice that helps shape sustainable and environmentally responsible development.

Whilst working as an Arb consultant, you will;
Undertake tree surveys in accordance with BS5837:2012
Prepare Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Arboricultural Method Statements, and technical reports
Provide arboricultural input into planning applications and development proposals
Liaise with clients, local authorities, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams
Develop tree protection plans and mitigation strategies
Support the successful delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
You'll ideally have;
Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Arboriculture or a related discipline
Minimum of two years' experience within arboricultural consultancy or a similar role
Strong tree identification, surveying, and assessment skills
Sound knowledge of BS5837:2012 and relevant planning legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Membership of the Arboricultural Association (or working towards membership) would be advantageous
Experience using CAD and/or GIS software is desirable
