We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator. This is an exciting role to work for a company that truly value their employees.
Accountabilities and Main Duties:
Working within an established team, you will work as an administrator supporting the team from initial enquiries through to the delivery and completion of projects.
This role would suit someone who is organised, has great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up and managing new enquiries
* Collating information about enquiries and adding all relevant information onto the system in a clear, defined manner
* Answering phone calls and emails and distributing as required
* General administration duties – Booking of hotels, Subcontract database management
* Compiling sales, forecasting and invoicing reports
* Project tracking – working alongside the team, carrying out project tracking frequently and as required to assist in securing works
* Project tracking – liaising with Project Managers to understand the status and following up on work that our client has installed
* Maintain an up-to-date training record by completing all required, assigned and organised training
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous administration experience preferred
* IT Literate (Office 365 package, ERP/CRM Systems)
* Effective verbal and written communication at all levels
* Organisational skills are key
* Attention to detail
* Good time management
* Ability to work as a team and independently
