An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major construction scheme based in Hertfordshire
This is a unique, design-led development delivering high-end residential units, offering the chance to work on a prestigious project with a strong focus on quality, detail, and best-in-class delivery.
The Role
You will take full ownership of health & safety on site, working closely with the project team to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the build. This is a standalone role on a single scheme, giving you real influence and visibility across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all health & safety activities on site
Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Drive a proactive safety culture across the project team and subcontractors
Provide guidance and support to site managementAbout You
IOSH qualified (essential)
Level 6 qualification (desirable)
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role on construction projects
Experience on larger-scale or high-value schemes preferred
A well-rounded, confident professional with strong communication skillsWhat's on Offer
