Air Conditioning Engineer – (London area - KT and surrounding postcodes)

£40,000 – £50,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call‑Out + bonus + medical

Permanent | Full‑Time | Mobile Role

We’re looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of retail stores amongst other sites across the South West of England. Ideally looking for someone located in or around the Reading area. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault‑finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus

The Role

Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems

VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, some AHUs and FCUs

Diagnosing faults and completing first‑time fixes

Working independently across a regional patch

Completing compliance paperwork and job reports

Participating in a call‑out rota (enhanced rates)
What You’ll Need

F‑Gas 2079 (essential)

NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred)

Strong fault‑finding and diagnostics experience

Background in commercial, retail or FM environments

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage your workload
