Pay Rate: £14.59 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary Assignment until September 2026. however, could become permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join an Adult Care & Support team, supporting the review and processing of quality concern referrals received from Social Workers and other professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who can work accurately within established procedures while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Review quality concern referrals received through electronic case management systems.
Assess referrals against established criteria and checklists to ensure all required information has been provided.
Determine whether referrals can progress for investigation or require further information.
Escalate concerns appropriately where guidance or support is required.
Maintain accurate electronic records and case information.
Support Quality Monitoring Officers by ensuring referrals are complete and ready for investigation.
Work with confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Follow processes, procedures, and safeguarding requirements at all times.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using electronic systems and databases.
The ability to interpret information, follow procedures, and make sound decisions.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
A proactive approach and confidence working independently.
Desirable Experience
Adult Social Care, Health, Care Quality, Commissioning, or Safeguarding experience.
Previous Local Authority experience.
Experience using Liquid Logic, LAS, Mosaic, CareFirst, or similar case management systems.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and quality monitoring processes.
