A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider. We are looking for a confident and experienced Manager who enjoys a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving compliance, supporting service growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact within a well established service. You will receive full support from senior management and be part of an established and respected national care provider.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a large domiciliary care service.
· Maintain and improve quality, compliance and operational performance.
· Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
· Support, motivate and develop both office and care staff.
· Manage service growth whilst maintaining excellent care outcomes.
· Support investigations, audits and quality improvement initiatives where required.
Requirements:
· Previous management experience within domiciliary care
· Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
· Experience managing high-volume domiciliary care services
· Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support operational challenges
· Ability to adapt management approaches to suit different teams
· Track record of maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
