Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client’s well-maintained site, offering excellent long-term career development opportunities.
Permanent | Full-time | 9:00am – 5:00pm

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective preparation and management of quotations for an international distribution network, ensuring commercial, contractual and technical requirements are accurately reviewed to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining compliance with company procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess customer enquiries quickly and accurately, identifying commercial, contractual and technical risks to protect the business.
* Produce precise, competitive quotations using approved pricing systems and proposal documentation.
* Ensure all quotations align with company pricing policies, discounts and contractual terms.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to deliver quotations and proposals within agreed deadlines.
* Check and process incoming orders efficiently, resolving discrepancies to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and perform regular data quality checks to support reporting and sales activity.
* Track and report performance against sales KPIs, targets and lead generation metrics.
* Work with distributors and internal teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are fully achieved.
* Keep organised and accurate records of pricing, costing and quotation data.
You will need
* Proven work experience gained within an internal sales role.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* An in-depth understanding of the sales administration process
