Are you an experienced Payroll Assistant, looking for an opportunity on a fixed term basis for 12 months working within a hybrid model?

Here at Rexel we are excited to have an opportunity to cover a period of maternity within our payroll team. As a Payroll Assistant you will deliver the administration of all payroll activities ensuring completion is on time and accurate whilst maintaining compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring a timely, efficient and accurate payroll process is completed and for supporting the business functions and teams with pay related queries through to resolution.

With just over 1900 employees and one monthly payroll this is a great opportunity for someone to add value and have impact from day one.

This is a hybrid role where our teams collaborate two days per week in our offices at Eagle Court, Sheldon (B26) with plenty of free onsite parking and just ten minutes from Birmingham airport, the rest of the week is remote.
