This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people aged 4-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex learning needs. The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of individual learning needs.
Create a structured and positive classroom environment that supports pupil development.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.
Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews.
Foster independence, communication skills, and positive relationships among pupils.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with children with SEND, particularly autism and complex learning needs.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching.
