GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Project Details:
* High-end residential development
* 28 luxury apartments
* Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks
* 14–16 month programme
* Day rate: £300–£350
The Site Manager must have/be:
* Experience on high-end residential projects
* A high level of qaulity control
* Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
* Good communication skills as well as the ability to liase with the client
* Documentation & reporting skills
