Currently partnering with a forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy sector to appoint an HR Advisor to support their continued growth across Scotland.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases
Coaching and supporting managers to drive effective people management and engagement
Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Supporting HR projects aligned to growth, culture and continuous improvement
Maintaining accurate HR data and providing insight through reporting
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER case management
Ability to build strong relationships across operational teams
Proactive, solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum. DOE
