About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Consultant to join our branch team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals while delivering outstanding service.
You will engage with customers through structured review appointments, taking the time to understand their needs and provide tailored, non-advised solutions. Whether face-to-face, over the phone, or virtually, you'll build strong relationships and ensure every interaction delivers real value.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer review appointments to understand financial goals and identify suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Proactively promote relevant products and services in a customer-first manner
Support customers across multiple channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge across the team
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify and support vulnerable customers appropriately
What We're Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
Strong listening skills and confidence in asking insightful questions
A proactive approach to problem solving and meeting customer needs
Good organisational and time management skills
Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience in financial services (desirable but not essential)
A team player with a positive and supportive attitude
