Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for the Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Due to rapid business growth, they're looking for skilled TIG and MIG Welders to join their team in Pencoed, Wales, working on high-quality, safety-critical engineering projects.

The Role

Coded TIG and MIG welding
Working to Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
Supporting fabrication activities including grinding, forming and material preparation
Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship
Working collaboratively within an experienced production team

About You

Experienced TIG and MIG welder
Previous welding codes/certifications desirable (current or expired)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Positive team player with a safety-first mindset
Committed to quality and continuous improvement
