Technical Manager (Renewable Energy)

Field and Office-based - 1-hour radius of Cambridge

Are you an experienced engineer who is looking to take a step up in your career and progress off the tools into a leadership role?

Do you have good hands-on experience working on heat pumps and solar and want to progress your career at a growing company within the renewable energy sector where you will play a key role in growth targets being hit?

Specialising in providing renewable energy solutions for high end properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, this company are in an exciting period of growth. Part of a larger nationwide group, they are now looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join their highly professional team.

In this role the successful candidate will drive technical excellence across the region by implementing installation standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and health & safety, conducting audits, and providing expert support to resolve complex issues and guide teams. They will also contribute to commercial and operational success through continuous improvement, training, product and design work, cost control, and close collaboration with sales, operations, and clients.

This is an ideal role for an experienced engineer within the renewable energy sector who is looking to take a step up in their career and progress off the tolls into a leadership at a growing company.

The Role:

* Technical Manager - renewable energy sector
* Drive regional technical standards, compliance, audits, and issue resolution.
