We have a great opportunity with an established and growing family run business who design and manufacture high quality products for a range of commercial environments. They work with leading partners and are able to separate their products from their competition by manufacturing on-site.

Joining an expanding team with ambitious growth plans, you will be setting up and operating HOMAG machinery, producing components using nesting techniques. This will be high-precision, and will require strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Operate and set-up of CNC Machinery
Running nested based production for MFC Panels, laminates and veneer’s
Loading and unloading sheets and monitoring machining cycles
Maintenance checks and housekeeping
Assist with flat-pack furniture assemblyWhat are we looking for?

5 years + experience within CNC machinery (ideally Anderson and or HOMAG machines)
Understanding of nesting workflows and sheet optimisation
Any previous industry experience within the furniture or joinery industry would be beneficial
Understanding of CAD/CAM software would be nice to have~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
