Job Title: Production Operative
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Bedford
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts, Monday to Friday (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

Our award winning client based in Bedford are currently looking for a highly skilled Production Operative to join their team on a Temporary basis. The successful candidate must come from a Production/Manufacturing background, who can adapt well to new surroundings, tools, and equipment.

Duties as a Production Operative:
- Operating production equipment including ovens and the gantry crane
- Weigh and measure raw materials
- Prepare moulds and carry out moulding and demoulding process
- Record production data and product measures clearly and accurately
- Trim and finish products ready for the next stage of production-
- Inspect finished products and report faults or quality issues to the Shift Leader or Team Manager

What's needed as a Production Operative:
- Previous experience working within a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Previous experience operating machinery and power tools
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- To be able to work both within and team & individually
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Attention to detail & good time management skills
