Location: Crawley
Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Technical & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a technical or compliance background to join a well-established organisation, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Technical & Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational and compliance activities across the business. Working closely with technical and production teams, you will ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain compliance standards, and support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to technical and production teams
* Maintaining and updating compliance-related documentation and records
* Ensuring company procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to
* Liaising with internal departments to support operational activities
* Assisting with technical documentation and reporting
* Supporting audits and compliance reviews where required
* Working collaboratively as part of a busy and professional team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience within an administrative role supporting technical or compliance functions
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Experience working with compliance processes, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or automotive sectors
* Strong IT and systems experience, including the ability to manage and maintain accurate records
* An understanding of technical documentation and terminology
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
