We are now looking for a motivated and organised Business Development Administrator to join our Eastbourne branch and support the continued growth of the business.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role focused on supporting business growth through administration, client communication, lead generation, and branch support.

You’ll work closely with the recruitment and management team to help identify opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and support day-to-day business development activity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

Support the branch with proactive business development activity

Research and identify potential new client opportunities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients

Assist with lead generation and appointment setting

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications

Client & Candidate Communication

Build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals

Support with branch marketing and recruitment campaigns

Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries promptly

️ Administration & Branch Support

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Support the branch with reporting and general administration

Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and proposals

Work closely with the wider team to support branch targets and growth

What We’re Looking For

Previous administration, customer service, or sales support experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident speaking with clients over the phone and via email

Organised with strong attention to detail

Positive, proactive, and commercially minded attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
