Lead Business Analyst - Advanced Exchange (ServiceNow/SAP/Logistics) - Competitive Rate - 6months + - Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite/Hybrid)

Lead Business Analyst required to support a major transformation programme focused on Advanced Exchange service operations. This role will analyse and optimise end-to-end processes across ServiceNow, SAP, and logistics fulfilment functions, covering customer request intake, order processing, repair services, device configuration, warranty management, and reverse logistics. Candidates must be based in the USA and able to work in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process discovery across ServiceNow, SAP, and logistics fulfilment operations

• Analyse existing business processes, system dependencies, and operational workflows

• Define how service requests translate into SAP orders, billing, fulfilment, and repair processes

• Produce detailed requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and business documentation

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support the design of future-state operating models

Requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex transformation programmes

• Experience with SAP SD, Service Management, or Order-to-Cash processes

• Experience working with ServiceNow request and case management workflows

• Strong understanding of logistics, repair services, reverse supply chain, or fulfilment operations

• Must be based in the USA and able to work in Atlanta, Georgia
