Senior GenAI Analytics Specialist - Developer Productivity, GitHub Copilot, Claude

A world-class engineering organisation is seeking a Senior GenAI Analytics Specialist to help shape the future of AI-assisted software development at enterprise scale.

As organisations invest heavily in tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and AI-powered developer platforms, understanding their real-world impact has become critical. This role sits at the centre of that transformation, using data, analytics, and experimentation to determine how Generative AI influences engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead analytics and measurement strategies for GenAI adoption across global engineering teams
• Evaluate the impact of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other AI coding assistants
• Develop frameworks to measure developer productivity, SDLC performance, and DORA metrics
• Identify patterns in AI adoption, usage, effectiveness, and business value
• Build executive-level dashboards, insight products, and data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Platform, and Technology Leadership teams to shape AI strategy
• Drive evidence-based decisions around enterprise AI adoption and optimisation

Experience

• Strong experience in Data Science, AI Analytics, Developer Productivity, or Engineering Intelligence
• Understanding of software engineering metrics, SDLC workflows, CI/CD, and DORA frameworks
• Experience analysing the impact of AI, automation, or developer tooling
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies including GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business and engineering insights
