Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
* London (with UK travel)
* Full-Time | Permanent

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments and hotels.
This is a hands-on role involving both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a strong focus on plantroom systems and life safety equipment.
You’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK.
Works Undertaken
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
* Working on plantroom equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, HIUs, and booster sets
* Performing life safety testing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
* Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising professionally with site teams, residents, and hotel staff
* Participating in a call-out rota where required
Experience with hotel fan coil units
The Role will require
* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within residential, hotel, or building services environments
* Strong knowledge of plantroom systems
* Experience with life safety testing
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
