Aftersales Customer Host – VW Sheffield
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
At JCT600, our aftersales hosts are the first impression of our brand — professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based at our dealership, you’ll handle an allocated number of customers to concierge during their aftersales visit. You will be ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism and help process, communicate and keep the customer updated. You will effectively over-see the customer journey from arrival to departure.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to service excellence will make every customer feel valued.
As a aftersales host your day-to-day will include:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to all allocated aftersales visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
Managing contact with those customers by liaising promptly and efficiently, connecting relevant person or department in line with brand standards to fulfil that journey.
Proper qualification and understanding of customer requirements and advise customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages and update contact preferences.
Supporting customers and visitors on-site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence over the phone and in person.
