Be part of the movement – and play your part
About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 18:00–04:00, you’ll take full responsibility for overseeing nightshift operations, ensuring jobs are organised efficiently and all trailers move on time for onward journeys. You’ll play a key role in coordinating between teams and resolving any issues that arise overnight.
You will be responsible:

About you
You’ll have previous supervisory experience and feel confident leading a team in a busy operational environment. A valid HGV Class 1 licence and forklift licence are essential for this role. You’ll also be comfortable using Microsoft systems to manage records and input job information accurately.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, a calm approach under pressure, and the ability to problem‑solve quickly are key. You’ll be joining a supportive group of colleagues who work collaboratively and take pride in delivering an efficient, reliable service.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
