Right Now Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Engiineering, Supply Chain and Logisitics Recruitment Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service sectors.

Working closely with our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to develop your own specialist market, build long-term client partnerships and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role - Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst developing new and existing client relationships.

You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, managing recruitment campaigns and generating new business opportunities across a variety of commercial and technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Develop and grow new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
Source, screen and interview candidates
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
Conduct market mapping and candidate networking activities
Manage multiple vacancies across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service sectors
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
Achieve and exceed individual sales and recruitment targets
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Right Now Group business

What We're Looking For - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Essential

Previous recruitment experience - Perm Desk Experience ideally
Strong business development and client management skills
Commercially focused and target-driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

Experience recruiting within Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Commercial sectors
Permanent recruitment experience
Existing client or candidate network
