Position: Production Team Leader
Salary: £34,000
Location: Crayford, Kent
Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing business based in Crayford, Kent.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure production schedules are achieved
Coordinate daily workloads and allocate resources
Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established processes
Support the management of production documentation, work orders, and operational records.
Support investigations into production issues
Promote and maintain a safe working environment
Develop, coach, and support team members.
Conduct performance reviews, monitor attendance, and address day-to-day people management matters.
Provide regular updates on team performance, production status, and operational challenges to senior management.
Foster effective communication across departments to support business objectives and customer requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational performance measures.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple activities
Understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing setting.How to Apply:
