With massive improvements being made, the Children We Care for (LAC) are looking for experienced Social Workers with a safeguarding background to join the service.
Benefits:
£50,736 per annum
Market supplement of £2,500 per annum
Retention bonus: Year 1: £2,000, Year 2: £3000, Year 3: £5,000
Relocation package up to £6,500Managers have been praised on their leadership approach as they are there to support you when you need it, there’s no micro managing or feeling like there’s a microscope on you.
Caseloads have also been capped – allowing you to work to a manageable level without being over encumbered with reports and family visits.
