Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking national construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of projects across different sectors including commercial, healthcare and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage a team of QS' and use their sales capabilities to successfully find and negotiate contacts for new projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Chartered or working towards
Car + drivers' licence
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Client facing
EA/PM experience
Able to manage and deliver projects independentlyIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
