Location: North East

Salary: £130 - £160 per day

These settings are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment, helping children and young people develop confidence, independence and achieve their full potential through a personalised approach to learning.
We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teacher to work on a day-to-day basis across a variety of SEND schools and specialist provisions. The successful SEND Teacher will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism / ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs, delivering engaging lessons and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:
• QTS
• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs
• Knowledge of Autism / ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or related needs
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
