Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving, multicultural primary school in Slough to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher for a permanent, full-time position.

The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel inspired, challenged and supported.

Responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
Creating a positive classroom culture that promotes learning and wellbeing
Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Working closely with colleagues, parents and external agencies where required
Contributing to the wider life of the school community

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Demonstrates strong classroom practice and subject knowledge
Has high expectations for both pupil achievement and behaviour
Is passionate about inclusive education
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
Works effectively as part of a team
Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
