Position: Technical and Quality Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Tewkesbury

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 07:00 am - 03:30 pm

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Role Responsibilities:

Support the Technical Manager with maintaining and improving quality systems

Monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards across production

Assist with internal and external audits, including BRCGS requirements

Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis

Manage and track customer complaints and quality KPIs

Support HACCP processes and ensure food safety compliance across site

Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities

The Person:

ESSENTIAL: Previous experience within food manufacturing or food production environment

Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS or food safety standards

Experience supporting audits, compliance, or quality systems

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator, able to work across different departments
