We are working with a number of well-established, award-winning horticultural and landscaping companies across London who are looking to expand their teams with skilled and enthusiastic Gardeners and Horticulturalists.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-quality gardens and prestigious sites, with scope for ongoing development within the sector.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a gardening or horticultural role (essential)
* A horticultural qualification (desirable but not essential)
* A genuine passion for plants, gardens, and the outdoor environment
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* A full UK driving licence (preferred, but not always essential)
Key responsibilities and expectations:
* Maintaining vans, tools, and equipment to a high standard
* Demonstrating punctuality and a professional appearance
* Communicating effectively with team members and clients
* Working collaboratively within a team, while also showing initiative when required
