Prinicpal Mechanical Design Engineer

As the Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in your relevant discipline i.e. Civil/Mechanical/EICA/Process/Network Modelling/Hydraulics, to a design team in the delivery of water and/or wastewater projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop outline designs for cutting-edge, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible water recycling plants and other advanced facilities.

What we would like from the Principal Mechanical Design Engineer:

MSc/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Chartered or incorporated Engineer status with the IET or equivalent institution
A minimum of 8 years’ experience within a relevant industry
Excellent communication. Leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and manage complex engineering challenges
Full Driving licence, as you’ll be attending site visits
