A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA/QC Engineer to join a well‑established and forward‑thinking manufacturing organisation.
This is a key role within the business, offering the chance to shape and strengthen quality processes while supporting continuous improvement across all operations. You'll play a vital part in maintaining high standards, driving root‑cause solutions, and ensuring products and processes meet the expectations of customers and industry standards. This position offers strong development potential within a supportive, quality‑focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root‑cause corrective actions
Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisationKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationshipsPackage and Benefits:
